Our education programs designed for children ages 1 year - 5th grade are a great way to expose your children to art and history, and fun too! Enrolling now, so call Jenny Baker at the muesum to reserve your place in these exciting, interactive new programs.

Illuminating the Bakken - Clint Whitmer
April - May - Whitmer is an award winning photographer who wa born and raised in eastern Montana. He currently teaches photography at Fort Peck Community College. He will present on creating HDR painterly images from digital photos on June 1.

Family Fun Day
April 27- 1pm-4pm, FREE. Lots of fun for everyone with multiple hands on stations, a scavenger hunt, and weather permitting, an outdoor activity too!

Movie at the MonDak - THE WIZARD OF OZ
April 27- 7pm, FREE, thanks to ConocoPhillips! Come enjoy The Wizard of Oz at the MonDak with popcorn from Party Central.

On Track - The Historic Photos of Warren McGee
April - May - Iron horse, puffer belly, engine or locomotive, regardless of what they were called, trains like rivers run through Montana history. McGee, who spent 41 years working on the railroad out of Livingston as brakeman and conductor, also photographed nearly everything about them from engines to trestles from the 1930s into the 1990s.In addition to 40 of McGee’s magnificent photographs, the exhibit features related artifacts, and a luggage cart used at the Fairview Depot for many years..
