Youth Art Show

The 2021 Youth Art Show features artwork from 7th-12th grade students from area schools! Join us to enjoy the work of the area’s talented youth, and vote for the People’s Choice awards for each grade division. Sponsored by Edward Jones Financial Advisors: Jerry Hughes, Jamie Malsam, Nick Lonski, and Lauren Sukut. The MonDak Heritage Center is open Tuesday-Friday from 10-4 and Saturday from 1-4. Unbridled Happiness: Custer County Traveling Art Show

WaterWorks Art Museum’s 42nd Annual Juried Exhibit is titled Unbridled Happiness. Different people have different perspectives of what happiness is. This exhibit will lead viewers into conversations about what each artist is conveying through their art. All different types of art media, subject matter, and techniques are in this exhibition. Walter Piehl: Retrospective, 1962-2018 showcases the scope of Walter Piehl's career to date and gives audiences the opportunity to visually experience the evolution of his style. Walter is an aficionado of history and art with a lifelong passion for Western Americana. Bill Lord's Prairie Rose is a photography exhibition, showcasing images of Northeastern Montana and Bill's ranching partner Rose. In Bill's words: “I’ve Spent my entire life in NE Montana but I was born in Williston, because Plentywood was between doctors at the time.
